Payment details for Wholesale Distribution Authorisations and Active substance registrations

Applications for Wholesale Distribution Authorisations WDA (H) as well as Registrations for Active Substance Manufacturers, Importers and Distributors are payable on invoice only. This will not delay the processing of your application.

Fees for registration to display the Distant Seller Logo as an online seller of human medicines to the public

All fees are payable on submission. Customers will not be able to complete the application without making the required payment.

Overpayments

If you overpay we will refund the money, however if there are outstanding invoices money paid will be used to offset the debt before any refund is made. Refunds will require your bank details; in all such cases Finance will contact you directly to make arrangements for repayment.
