HOW TO CREATE AN WDA(H) INITIAL

Creating an Initial WDA(H) Submission

1. Log into your account on the PcL Portal
2. Locate the company you are wanting to make an initial application for
3. Click the WDA(H) Button
   
4. There will be a ‘Start’ button listed next to the submission type of WDA(H) – Click ‘Start’ to create your Initial Application
   
5. A blank Initial WDA(H) Application will load
